International Orders

Due to increasing and ongoing restrictions on export sales by the US State Department and the time-consuming nature of processing export orders, we are no longer accepting retail export orders for gun parts or major assemblies (including complete rifles, upper assemblies and lower assemblies). For small retail orders, we suggest using Brownells or Midway USA as they are better equipped to process such orders and can special order any of our products that they do not regularly carry. Please contact them by visiting their websites: www.brownells.com and www.midwayusa.com.

For ordering complete rifles or major assemblies such as uppers and lowers or barrel kits, we ask that you use one of several export distributors that we deal with. They have been very successful in obtaining export licenses on our export-legal configurations and will guide you through the paper-work maze in reaching this goal. If you have an exporter that you use in the United States, we can ship to your exporter. However, the exporter must place the order for the product with us and chain of payment will be from the export customer to the US based exporter and then the exporter must pay us. Also note that complete rifles must be of a configuration that is permitted by the US State Department. For example, rifles must be chambered in .223 Remington only, not 5.56x45 NATO or .308 Winchester instead of 7.62x51 NATO. They may have compensators, but no flash suppressors. Magazine capacity is 10 rounds maximum. Collapsible stocks are not allowed and DSP-83 end user form is required for each license.

For large parts orders, complete rifles, upper and lower assemblies, barrel kits and similar orders, you may contact one of our export distributors CZ Custom, our designated dealer in Sweden, GP Rifle or World Wide Sports Network, Inc. They will work with you to procure an export license in a timely fashion for a reasonable fee if the sale is legally possible to your country of residence.
