The Sales/Customer Service Specialist serves our customers by assisting and taking orders (via phone, fax and email) and following through to make sure they are ordering the correct products and services. Specialist will use their product knowledge, communications and interpersonal skills to aid the customers with making their purchase whether the interest lies in sporting, hunting, tactical, LE or Military, and to foster a trusting relationship between the customer and JP Enterprises, Inc.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries from prospective and existing customers
-Provide technical support
-Check order status for customers
-Answer product questions
-Make product recommendations
-Answer questions about the company and its policies
-Candidate must be very comfortable in interacting with end-users who exhibit a wide range of sophistication levels.
